Respected sir/madam,
I have applied for data entry in quikr website. I have received few calls regarding data entry and have agreed to work for automobille data entry by rs it services, krishna nagar 2nd lane, guntur district, andhra pradesh. They said that, they will pay 15000 for filling 1000 forms with in week with 90 % accuracy.in case if i fail, i need to pay 4000 else they will pay 11000 by deducting 4000 in the name maintenance. I have completed the work in time and submitted by checking the data twice. Now they are saying we found that your agreement has been terminated. Now, we have verified your case and found that you have breached the clause of an agreement. As per an indian contract act 1872 you have signed (Otp & digital) an agreement and if you don't make payment for losses then section 17 shall be imposed on you and demanding 4000 without sending the qc report also. If not they will sent me to jail and i am supposed to bear all court hearing fee. I can clearly sense that they have made my data wrong. I got doubt by reading the agreement and felt something is wrong and while entering the data i got to know the data is provided on top and what is the requirement of typing again, there are so many misleading names and i typed them correctly and they made them wrong again. Tplease do favour for me.
