Dear sir,
I have sold my pulsar bike with registered number AP09CE4188 in the month of Nov 2015 still the buyer not registered on his name inspite of multiple reminders .I kindly request to solve this issue .and even i paid extra tax for my another vehicle which I purchased my new vehicle kindly help in this regard
