I have sold my car ap28aq8407 in 2014 to one car dealer and he has sold it to someone else whom i dont know. Buyer has still not transferred the rc name.in 2014 dealer told that he will change name on his name but he has not done it. Could you please help me in solving the problem. How to trace the person. Now the dealer dont have details of the buyer.
