Rto Ahmedabad India — Driving test appointment is not given even though the driving license fee is paid online in RTO.

Hi Team,

Regarding the above subject stating that I had paid 1150 INR license fee for 4 wheeler driving test.In which I got an appointment on 13th Sept 2020 and I gave a driving test, in which I have failed.

As per the RTO(rto ahmedabad) rules, I reapplied after seven days since the day when I failed the test.I have also paid 300 INR additional for this test.

After paying this fee I am no longer given an appointment slot for a driving license retest. The RTO staff is also not giving answers about under what circumstances the fee is accepted if re-test is not given. Addition to this, we are not given any reasonable answer regarding re-test or refund of the fee. So I am kindly requesting you help to arrange a driving test or provide a refund.
