Rto Chhattisgarh — DRiving license

Hi Team,

My license was issued in the state of chhattisgarh.
It’s been few months now I am following up for getting my DL updated.
I have contacted the RTO office in Chhattisgarh & got notified that
the DL backlog entry services have been stopped in Chhattisgarh & I
have to apply for a new license.

Furthermore, I have moved to Telangana Hyderbad few years back & my
current address belongs to Hyderabad.

Please confirm if the backlog entry is possible for my driving license.
