Rto Dehradun, India — Rude and arrogant behavior in Learning license of my daughter

Dear Sir !
I had visited the office last day for DL ofmy daughter last day at 11 am.
After crossing first 2 initial steps we reach for test in Room 29 .
We had given papers to concern officer and waited outside for more than 1 hrs.
But without getting no response from inside the many of applicant after us were entertained.
When we asked the concern officer he said it was Saturday number he will not entertain it .
My daughter request him alot but he denied rudely to her in a vary arrogant manner .
When I asked him to help as it was her 2nd visited and she is coming directly from school and have to go for Akash coaching he said u need to come again or wait till last man .
I visited to officer Anuradha ji and explain my position, she responded well and called her Manwal.
He said the same he will take up her case in last.I requested again to take up out number in sequence but he denied and said now he will see who will make her license.

Sir !I am law abiding citizen of the country and didn't allow my daughter to drive scooty without license.
But the way the girl student are treated at your offices by the authorities is not good.
Being a father it's shame for me as I can't take any legal action on this .

I request you to appoint the polite humanitarian and women respecting person on public dealing.

Or give a traing session to Mr manwal on how to behave to the Girl child as we all are having girls at home and we have to visit any govrt office for legal works for out daughter .
