I have submitted the fees of learner licence test two times so i want back the fees for one time this is happen due to the unavailabilty of slots for test this happen on 17 sep 2019 and i did this for the recent availability of slot but there is no slot for next 3 months so i want to cancel my application and please help me to get my refund i cant afford that much of loss

Please note that I am facing a problem in booking the slot for HSRP for my bike. When I am filling the online form at bookmyhsrp web site, it displays the your vehicle details not found. And also no details is getting displayed in RTO Mobil app.
My vehicle is bike make- Bajaj, model- platina 125cc, purchased in 2009 from Shiva automobile, Ghaziabad,
You are requested to please check and update the registration no of my bike in your RTO record. So that I can book for HSRP within the time limit.
