RTO India — Allotment Information unavailable for Learning Licence

Sir,
I Harshmeet Singh has applied for the driving license in Tarn Taran rto, Punjab. Sir i have completed up all the stages including the fees from my side and everything in the sarathi website is showing completed but at the application processing stage the counter is showing allotment information unavailable and the document verification is pending from rto side.
