RESPECTED AUTHORITY SIR OR MADAM, My application for FACELESS ISSUE FOR LEARNER LICENCE was filled on 23/02/2022, but due to non availability of the supporting documents for uploading from my side i was delayed to completed my application, paid rupees 200 as the fees and submitted on 23/12/2022 .Then on 26/12/2022 i visited the DY.RTO SHRIRAMPUR OFFICE for the verification of the documents which was insisted by the authority, i completed the verification and my scrutiny was completed on 27/12/2022. Then afterwards i appeared for online LL test on 06/01/2023 . As per the rules the for login into the test applicant should verify face authentication before proceding to the test in 10 chances. I completed my face authentication in the second chance and entered the test . I passed the test with 13 marks out of 15. I am regularly checking the status, after checking the status of application it shows that "APPROVAL OF LEARNER LICENCE BY LICENSING AUTHORITY PENDING". which clearly means that the application is forwaded to the licensing authority for approval. after so many days when the application was not approved by the authority i visited the rto office on 16/01/2023 for enquiring about the status of my application, after checking the related officer told me that " due to violation during test the application is not being processed, we cannot do anything from here, you have to cancel this application and apply for a new application then only you will get licence". RESPECTED AUTHORITY AS PER MY UNDERSTANDING, 1st- the application status i:e"APPROVAL OF LL BY LICENSING AUTHORITY IS PENDING" clearly means that the related application is forwaded to the authority for approval.2nd- as per the related officer stated that "DUE TO VIOLATION THE APPLICATION IS NOT PROCESSED" then how could i have passed the test despite being violation then why should i apply for new application and pay more fees for the same TODAY 18 DAYS ARE OVER MY APPLICATION IS NOT APPROVED, HELP PLEASE
