RTO India — Cannot reschedule for driving skill test

Address: Vasant Vihar Delhi

Wanted to reschedule my DL test appointment because previous one on May 24 and i missed because of covid and lockdown. Now when i try to reschedule it shows error message SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS RTO. What do i do? My application no. [protected] and Booking Date 14 April 2021
