RTO India — Charged fees for driving licence but wasn't allowed to give the learner exam

Address: Uttar Pradesh

Charged fees for driver learning license but wasn't allowed to give the exam. I submitted the address proof that was considered valid on the RTO portal but people in RTO office didn't consider the document and deprived me of writing the exam!
