RTO India — Complaint against Kuldeep Nagar RTO agent

Dear sir,
I have applied for my wife driving licence with the help of so called RTO agent kuldeep who took rs 6000 from for the same 2 months back.My wife kept calling and wanted to know the status but he is just making excuses. When we asked for refund. He is only making excuses and doing nothing. This is his number[protected]
for the above reason i m writing u for ur help to get my hard earned money.
