RTO India — Delay in issuing of my Learner's License

I have applied for a Lerner's Licence and I had given the test for that on 9th Feb, 2021. Fortunately I Passed the test, but still my LL is not approved from the RTO office. It is over one month now, kindly look into the matter and help me accordingly.
