RTO India — Delay on updating driving licence test status on SMS or portal for LMV

My application number is [protected].
Last week on Saturday I gave my test for a Light motor vehicle(LMV). I have not received the result of my test on my mobile. I would like to know the status of my test. It's been 8 days now still no approval or confirmation message received.
Please help me out.
