RTO India — DL not received Andhra Pradesh and data not updated in govt sites

Hi Sir/Madam

I have created DL test on Nov 28 2020
I didn't received my DL .
In smart card tracking it is showing card not printed .
DL applicationNo. AP[protected]DL
I tried to download e DL but data not found
How come data is not uploaded properly

How many more months I have to wait to get or years
