[Resolved]  RTO India — Documentation and help desk response

I have been trying to upload documents for learner's license through online sarthi portal but have been unable to for application number [protected]. As the payment has been debited from my but the documents can't be uploaded I have been trying to contact sarthi help desk both via call and email. On call they picked up thrice and hung up without listening to my issue and after that they have been putting in hold after picking up the receiver I have call records and timings when I called to prove it. As for emails there have been no response at all. Please help me with this issue it's humble request as I don't whom to approach as there is no response from neither my concerned authority of Rajouri Garden RTO, NEW DELHI.

My issue of documents being unable to upload was automatically resolved. But I did recive response to my query from sarthi e-mail customer help desk [email protected]
RTO India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
