RTO India — Driving Licence not dispatched even after more than 2 months of waiting.

Address: Automated driving test track, Bir Puad, Punjab and SDM phagwara, Punjab

I have received my licence number of application[protected] on 4th of March but haven't received one yet at my home. It is struck. So, please resolve this issue. Its been more than 2 months now. PFA screenshot.
