RTO India — Driving licence not issue

I am facing problem related Driving Licence. I had applied on 7th April 2021 and passed test on the same date in sector 82 RTA office Mohali. Even they didn’t give any receipt after submit file. One month has been completed when I checked online application status still is in pending. Even there staff is very rude and they are not giving proper response please do the needful. My Application number is [protected] and learning licence number is PB65/0011369/2020.
