RTO India — Driving licence status shown 'dispatched' but not yet received

In the saarthi parivahan website, my DL status is shown as 'dispatched'.The speed post tracker number is also provided but when it is searched, it shows consignment 'details not found'.It is said to have been dispatched on[protected] but not yet received through post.
