RTO India — Driving license backlog entry still pending .

As my driving license was made a long time back so its details are no available online, as I am looking to update it but unable to do so...as there is no details available, so I applied for DL backlog entry online but its still showing pending approval at counter : RICOUNTER2

looking for valuable response in the same Regards .
