RTO India — Driving License dispatch no and speed post no not given

Sir, I had given my driving license test on[protected]. I passed the test and my driving license smart card has been printed and dispatched on[protected]. It has been 12 days since dispatched but I didn't got any tracking no nor dispatch no. I would be grateful if you kindly look into the matter.
