RTO India — Driving license not dispatched even after one month of issuing

Address: RTO Muzaffarpur bihar

My driving license got issued on 6th march 2021. but after that it did not get printed on smart card and hence not dispatched yet for delivery. I applied in RTO muzaffarpur, bihar. My DL number is BR06 [protected].
