RTO India — Driving license related all service stop

My application I'd is[protected] for MCWG driving test was booked at 14 June 2021.
When I reached at RTO ( LT29 ) TAMLUK PURBA MEDINIPUR WEST BENGAL.
They told that service of related to driving license is stop.
But my learner license will expire in 27 June..
