RTO India — driving license status has not been update since 06/12/2019

My application number is [protected], i have completed my dl test on 12/11/2019, it is still stuck in "dispatch of the dl and psv badge" at imv-counter-4 in rto electronic city bangalore. I don't know what to do, i have been there in that rto but lady sittining in room4 does not reply, even if she reply, she says go to room no 3, room no 3 guys says this is learning license section go again to room number 4.
