RTO India — duplicate license pending

I have issued for duplicate license on 20th nov'19 even after 2.5 months the same is still pending at scrutiny at dadl-1 for my application number [protected]. I have already paid the necessary fees for the same. I am facing a daily hindrances for the same. Please request you to resolve this problem and also suggest you to make necessary amends to the system.

I was pay road tax, 48323 10 feb 2020 but recipt not genrate and my ac debit money .sbi bank please help me because rto online merchant website very bad services.many time i facing problems on online payment

I applied a long back but still my DL had not dispatched when I check the DL status it shows dispatch and psv badge is pending and they t not responding my call my application no [protected]
Sir im trying to book my slot but slot is not booking for driving test please check and resolve my application number is [protected]
