RTO India — I am complaining about my rc

Address: 10/240 10 Block khichripur Delhi 91

I have applied for duplicate RC on[protected] which was further approved and dispatched by RTO on[protected] but I have not recieved my RC yet (21/6/2021) . I am very disappointed with this mistake. It's too long time to deliver my RC but not delivered yet. Please look into this problem as soon as possible.
