RTO India — I passed my dl test for both but status is still pending

I am akshay kumar, my application no for dl (mcwg, lmv) is [protected], my slot booking is 31/03/2021 i passed my dl test but still my status is pending i try to contact at rto patna but no one is receiving my call .I have to go office everyday and due to corona pandemic ony transport with self convence please solve my problem its urjent
