[Resolved]  RTO India — I'm complaining about DL

Address: Rto office Nawa, Nagaur 341509

I applied for DL in March and still I haven't got my Learning Licence... People who applied after me got the DL... Please help me sir... I really need DL... Whenever I call there they answered that we are doing your work...
I passed all the tests and my application is under process... Plz help me
