[Resolved]  RTO India — I'm complaining about DL which I applied in March

I applied for DL in March 2021 and paid the fee. And still I haven't got my Learning licence. People who applied after me got their LL. Whenever I call them they lied and used to say that we are doing your work. Please sir help me i really need DL
