RTO India — International Driving Permit dispatch issue

I am Mayank Rustagi with a driving license number DL08 [protected].
I had applied for an International Driving Permit ( Application: [protected]) and the request has been approved, however, post approval the action of ‘IDP dispatch’ is not appearing and I cannot track when the IDP will be dispatched. I have attached the complete details for your reference.

I had called the concerned RTO too (MLO Sheikh Sarai, zone 3) and even though it is a faceless application, they informed me that it wont be dispatched as a provision for the dispatch has not been created. Kindly look into the same and help me with this issue as I am not able to visit the authority. I have paid the complete fees
