RTO India — Learners License application stuck on same stage since a month

Respected Sir/Ma'am
I had submitted an application for a new learners license at RTO Surajmal Vihar using the sarathi online portal. My application number is [protected]. I had paid my fees on April 8, 2021 and also uploaded all required documents. Since then the application has the status
"Application is under processing at RTO Level. SCRUTINY - (Document Verification)".
It has been more than a month now and there hasn't been any update. Please process it as soon as possible

It has almost been a month since registering the complaint here but still no response from the RTO...
Application status hasn't been update either.
Please help.
