RTO India — Learning License Is pending for approval ([protected])

Address: Pathardi , Ahmednagar

I have applied for the learning license and paid all the fees.
All the details are filled as mentioned in the form and submitted the application.

Now its pending with RTO and there is no further progress on it.
The status of the application is "SCRUTINY - (Document Verification)"

My Application Number is "[protected]"

On the application slip there is phone number given which is not working, so i am not able to contact the RTO.

Currently because of COVID, it is risky to visit the RTO. Requesting to help on this urgently.
