RTO India — licence renewal application stuck at endorsement approval step

I want to bring to the notice that the RTO officials of - BACKEND OFFICE, SARAI KALE KHAN (DL3) are not competent enough to process my license renewal application. Following are the details of my license application,

My application is stuck since 23rd January 2025, at the step of "APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL" to be done from counter ADC16.

The taxes paid are not for such a low-grade service and incompetence. I expected the license to be delivered in 1 week itself.
