Dear Sir/ madam,
I would like to inform you that I applied online for learner license on 05/07/2022. But till now I have not received password for online LL test. It's showing "application is under processing at RTO level" for many days. "Applicant presence not required" and application processing stage- SCRUTINY (Verification of proof documents)
Please help me get my learner license.

I Raja Adak (Application No. [protected]) applied for online learner license test on 24.12.2022 and paid fees and book slot on 28.12.2022 but still password for ll test not received and my application still on scrutiny...I also lodge a complaints on that portal...but still not positive reply received from there...pls make an arrangement so that I can book my slot again and verification completed...
