RTO India — My application is pending at Scrutiny stage for many days

DL No- TN[protected]

I have applied for duplicate DL and completed the process by submitting all the necessary documents at the RTO office. But the application is still pending at scrutiny stage, it has been already over a month. Please help me get my DL soon. Thanks in advance
