RTO India — New Vehicle RC pending for more than 90 days

Address: RT Office Koramangala (KA01), 730, 6th B Cross Road, Koramangala 3 Block, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560034

It has been 90 Days since the purchase of new Vehicle which is registered under KA01 with Car number 'KA01MV5840', but there is no news on the RC Smart card.

On checking the Application Status on Vahan portal with application number kA[protected], it says RC smart Card Pending since 17th March 2021. please help
