RTO India — No progress on since last 2 month in address change on driving license application[protected]

I submitted request on 19th Jan 2021 to change the address from driving licence. Application no is[protected]
There is no progress in the application since last 1 and half month and it is stuck at the stage of "SCRUTINY - (Document Verification)"
Kindly help me to change the address as soon as possible
I have already uploaded required documents and also paid required documents as well.
