RTO India — Non arrival of dl even after 1 and half months

Address: B6-1101 South City, Arekere , Mico layout, Bannerghatta road

I gave my DL test on 27/12/19 and the information for the printing was 13/01/2020 .
It still hasn't arrived at my home !
Please look at this problem seriously

I got a confirmation mail on 08/01/2020 that my DL is issued.
It been a lot of months even though I didnt receive my DL.
Please look into this problem as soon as possible.
