Sir I have given test on 8 mar 2021 for lmv but till 18 mar 2021 I haven't received my learner license .not any message confirmation. My application no .[protected]. It is pending with rto at raikot .Punjab. Person taken test is jaspinder Singh. He misguided me of false information. in other state ll is given 10 min after test now its 10 days in my case .pls do the needful
