RTO India — Not getting Printing of dl in form 7 smart card

I Rajdeep Dowarah has applied for the driving license in sibsagar rto(785640), Assam. Sir i have completed up all the stages including the fees from my side and everything in the sarathi website is showing completed but at the last stage that PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 ( SMART CARD ) and the counter is showing allotment information unavailable and the printing stage is pending from rto sid.
