RTO India — Not received my new driving license

Respected sir or mam I have completed all the steps successfully from my nearest ghatal RTO office. My application number is [protected]. My driving licence generated on 19/2/21 which is WB[protected] and also printed on 22/2/21. But till now my driving license is not dispatched i.e I have not received my physical driving license. I have visited RTO but they are not responding. As per my knowledge my driving licence is holding on deskperson debulal chattopadhaya. My speed post till in pending status.
