RTO India — number plate and rc

I have purchased new hero destini scooter from pashupati motors delhi on 9th march. They told they did registration on 17th march but till date my high security number plate not came to dealer and my rc is not generated and my virtual rc is not shown in mparivahan app. So i request u to plz send my scooter number plate and generate my rc bcoz without all this i cant ride my scooter. I attached all the related documents with this. My no. is [protected].
