RTO India — Original RC and NOC not sent to my given address - Bangalore Karnataka

I applied for RC address change (from one state to another state) almost 18 months ago. status is showing NOC issued but still i have not received the original RC and NOC to my given address.

RTO Office - KR Puranm, Bangalore(KA53).
My Bike registration number - KA53ES5440.
Inward no: 18110.

I have the acknowledge receipt with me.
