RTO India — Pending approval for backlog entry at RTO level

My Name is Vajinder Singh and my application number is[protected] for backlog entry approval. My DL was issue in Yr 2010 and since last two months their is no update on my request and it continue showing approval for DL backlog is pending at RTO level.
RTO Name: RTA, LUDHIANA.
