RTO India — print of dl in form 7

Respected sir/madam,

I have succesfully passed the rto exam for my driving license in february 2020 from rto office in jaunpur (Up), but whenever i check for the the status of my dl, it shows that print of my dl in form 7 is pending, it is now 4 months and iam worried about that. Please solve this issue, whenever i try to contact rto customer support at[protected] it only says busy.
