RTO India — private vehicle alteration rejected & customer has immiadetely removed alteration but pending at rto vasai portal reg

I have appplied for alteration of Vehicle by paying necessary fee twicely but RTO authority has not accepted by application hence i have cancelled my car alteration, but neither i have been refunded my processing fee paid twicely nor RTO -Vasai has removed from their Govt .RTO-vasai Portal side

so this my humble request to remove the same from RTO -Vasai Portal authority for my vehicle registrtion No. MH48AW8083 in the name of Ramchandra Vishwanath Gorhe as per screen shot photo copy attached.
