RTO India — Regarding "Application for address update has been PENDING" at RTO office for more than 2 months

My name is Gurmat Singh Aulakh. I submitted an application for " add biometrics & an address update" in my Driving Licence with application number [protected] on January 14, 2021.

Till now, the website is still showing " Pending status at RTO Authority." since I submitted the application.

Last week, on March 9, 2021, I visited the RTO office to complain regarding this pending application issue.
They said that they don't have my application file in their office.
They said to me that I have to provide my application file again along with the whole application related documents.

So, I prepared again all the required documents and medical certificate and submitted them again in the RTO office.

They said that they will approve my application endorsement within 1 to 2 days.
But, now again it's still more than 10 days gone and my application file shows still in pending status.

Please help me to resolve this issue.
I'm fully disappointed and tired from this kind of working system in government body.

Hope to get response from "Indian Consumer Complaints Forum" as soon as possible & will also hope to get this kind of bug in government system to be resolved soon.
