RTO India — Registration certificate for the vehicle is undelivered from past 2 months

Address: HNo 7-557, Indhira Gandhi statue, Balaji nagar, Jawahar Nagar

MY Name is MD Shabana and My vehicle number is TS 08 EZ 2514. I applied for the New RC in kompally RTA office, in February 6 and the document is showing for the out for delivery on march 15, 2021. But it is still un delivered to me and I am driving a vehicle with out RC, multiple times mailed to RTA office and post offices. Still nothing is done to resolve this issue.
