RTO India — Registration for Activa 4g model

Address: Shop No 23 Kunjpura Road karnal haryana

I had purchased activa5g from shiv shanakr trading co near obc bank ambala road jagadhri( yamunagar) haryana on 18 march 2020.
I had to submit my file on march 23, but lockdown starts from 23 march 2020, after that i am not able to submit my file.

Now there is rule from government in NCR regions file will not accepted.
Pls help me on this
