Sanjay Nagpal (Image attached) who works as an RTO agent in Ghaziabad and has multiple companies registered under him like Sanish Enterprises, A onePassport Service) is a fraud who has duped me into giving him 7500 rupees for RC transfer process and has gone missing.
My application no (attached) is DL210103X0778548. Transaction No/ Receipt No - DL210107X9111570.
I contacted him and started the process in December 2020 and it has been 5 months since I have been chasing him, contacting him through different phone nos (as he keeps blocking me) to know the status of my RC transfer process but with no success. I feel mentally harassed and helpless and need RTO india to help me in this situation.
He has taken my original RC as well and taken 7500 rupees from me. If this issue does not get resolved in another week or so, I will have to take legal help and file a case against the system as well as this company (Sanish Enterprises - Sanjay Nagpal [protected])
I also saw another consumer complain of the same nature, against this person on this portal itself. This guy is a menace to the society. He needs to be corrected.
